Last Week at Daycare

Well, this week marks the end of a 5 year era - Abigail's last week at BeKare Child Development Center.  She started at BeKare in August 2009 - when she was 9 months old.  We have both made a lot of new friends and hope to continue the relationships after we leave on Thursday.  Thankfully we have most email address and phone numbers for those we wish to keep in touch with.  And I can always contact the director if needed.  :)

Abigail will be attending Margaret Elementary School.  Her teacher's name is Mrs. Kendra Johnson and Kindergarten Camp is on Friday.  She will go from 8:30 until 12:00 on Friday to meet her teacher and classmates.  They will show them the things they will be doing everyday and they will get to go to lunch in the lunchroom.

Please keep mommy and daddy in your thoughts and prayers that we keep it together for Abigail.  I know that she is really excited about starting Kindergarten and even though mommy is excited too (no more daycare check!!), mommy is also sad because Abigail is a big girl now.  :(  It's going to be a long 2 weeks.

Happy 2nd Birthday, Abigail Kait!!!

Two years ago today, we were at Brookwood Hospital waiting to welcome a little girl into our world. Abigail Kait was born at 3:33 pm on November 17, 2008. We certainly weren't prepared for what came next -- the joy, the love, the sleepless nights. She is such an amazing, beautiful, loving little girl and we are so thankful to have her in our lives. I can't wait to see what the future holds for her and the plan that God has for her life. Happy 2nd Birthday, Abigail Kait!
