Mother's Day 2012

I have already gotten a great present to start the Mother's Day weekend.  When I got to Daycare this morning to drop off Abigail, they had "Muffins for Mom" and I got to choose a blueberry or apple cinnamon muffin, as well as a bottle of water, orange juice or grape juice.  I thought it was very sweet of them.


Then, I get into Abigail's classroom and there is a "surprise" waiting on me.  Abigail had painted a flower picture on a canvas for me.  My heart melted when I saw it.  I love it!  This is something that can be kept for a long time!  I'm putting a picture of it on here for all to see.  Very precious!  I am so blessed!!

Happy 2nd Birthday, Abigail Kait!!!

Two years ago today, we were at Brookwood Hospital waiting to welcome a little girl into our world. Abigail Kait was born at 3:33 pm on November 17, 2008. We certainly weren't prepared for what came next -- the joy, the love, the sleepless nights. She is such an amazing, beautiful, loving little girl and we are so thankful to have her in our lives. I can't wait to see what the future holds for her and the plan that God has for her life. Happy 2nd Birthday, Abigail Kait!
