Well, since my last post updating everyone on what Abigail is doing now, there are a couple more things I need to update you all on.
  • Abigail has a new tooth!! It's the top, middle tooth on the left. She now has 3 teeth!
  • Also, something I forgot to mention in the previous post - Abigail has been learning sign language at daycare. Some of the signs they use on a regular basis are "eat", "more" and "finished". When I said on the other post that she started waving to us with both hands - that's the sign for "finished", so she could have been doing the sign instead of waving. And her teacher at daycare said that she knows what the sign for "eat" means because she starts walking toward the table when she asks if she is ready to eat.

Happy 2nd Birthday, Abigail Kait!!!

Two years ago today, we were at Brookwood Hospital waiting to welcome a little girl into our world. Abigail Kait was born at 3:33 pm on November 17, 2008. We certainly weren't prepared for what came next -- the joy, the love, the sleepless nights. She is such an amazing, beautiful, loving little girl and we are so thankful to have her in our lives. I can't wait to see what the future holds for her and the plan that God has for her life. Happy 2nd Birthday, Abigail Kait!
