After attending the Alabama/Georgia State game on Thursday night (November 18), we headed to Montgomery to spend the next 2 nights. Dustin had a conference on that Friday and Abigail and I went to the Montgomery Zoo. We spent 3 hours walking around the Zoo and had a great time. Here are some pictures from our Zoo trip! In the Hotel before we left. She was so happy to be going to see the animals. She is listening to the birds. Her favorite place in the whole zoo -- the Playground!! Elephants! Her other favorite place -- watching the ducks! Another favorite place of Abigail's -- the monkeys. I had a hard time getting her to leave. See the little baby monkey! The Jaguar kind of scared me. It just kept sitting and staring at us - almost like a statue. More monkeys!
Daddy Daughter Fun Day #2 was a trip to the Birmingham Zoo. First stop was Johnny's in Homewood for lunch. Abigail loved the Zoo. She feed the giraffes, saw the baby animals ("The Baby Bunch"), feed the lorikeets, rode the train, played on the splash pad, went to the children's petting zoo, and rode the carousel. After the Zoo, they went by Steel City Pops to get a sweet treat. Abigail's favorite is Buttermilk!

Not much I can say to that. :) Then the next day, she came home happily telling me that she had made a friend!! I asked who. She said OLIVIA!!! I laughed and told her that I thought Olivia was already her friend. She said - well, she p...
